Elite Breakthrough A three-month, bespoke, one-to-one journey for people in high-level service who sense their next step is no longer a technical one.
There is a particular point that brings people here. You have done the training, often a great deal of it, and you can feel that what stands between you and where you want to go next is not another course or one more skill. You sense the real lever is somewhere else. You are right.
For some, that next place is about how you show up, the presence, ease and self-trust that technique alone never builds. For others, it is that you have grown so much and yet cannot quite see how to turn that growth into action, how to move toward the goals and the life you can picture but have not yet stepped into. Either way, the work lives in the part more technical training keeps missing.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for refining our abilities, and if I notice a technique or a point of etiquette that would strengthen you, we'll work on that too. But it isn't the heart of this. My gift is seeing the places in a person with the most potential, the ones that, once strengthened, change everything around them. Where confidence especially is concerned, I've watched people do technical course after technical course without ever moving into where they truly want to be, because usually, it's something deeper. This is why I created something personalised, deeply supportive, and focused on real transformation, not just more information.
Who it's for
This is for you whether you are early on your path but perceptive enough to know that more training won't move the needle, or well established and aware that where you're heading isn't found in yet more technique. You may feel stuck without quite being able to name why. You may be ready for something larger, even something beyond your current role. The thread is the same: not what else do I need to learn, but who do I need to become, and how do I bring it to life.
And I think many of us underestimate what we're truly capable of. I can tell you first-hand that we are so much more than any single role or title. Those of us drawn to high-level service are adaptable, emotionally intelligent, resilient people whose skills translate far beyond what we first imagined. I know expanding beyond your current reality is possible, because I've continually done it myself. These days I'm building a life that feels deeply aligned, on my own terms rather than by anyone else's rules. I still fly privately for a handful of clients who request me, and I've built this work around that, and I believe any of us can build something that truly fits, wherever we feel called.
What I bring to it is two decades at the top of private aviation and luxury service, years studying human behaviour, psychology, leadership and embodiment, and just as long spent coming to understand myself. Over the last four years mentoring people one to one, I've seen how much we share. However different our backgrounds, those of us drawn to high-level service tend to carry the same traits and meet the same challenges, ones I've faced and worked through myself.
A little of my own story
This came from my own turning point. I'd done a great deal of inner work over the years, a decade of therapy among it, and yet when COVID hit I struggled deeply. For all my understanding of myself, I had no real sense of what to do with it. I knew so much, and yet I hadn't embodied any of it, hadn't made it real in how I lived and showed up. Most of all, I hadn't embodied my own confidence or self-belief, so even the future I was reaching for, I was choosing from a place of doubt rather than trust in myself. And truthfully, that left me feeling pretty low inside. I felt like a leaf blowing in the wind, hoping for the best, with little ability to trust myself, to see clearly, or to receive, even when it was right in front of me. I was turning 50, and I asked whether I wanted to spend the next ten or fifteen years still hoping for the best. For me the answer was no, not a chance.
What I found, and what I see in others, is that none of this was ever about needing to be fixed. It was about moving forward intentionally, choosing where I was going from "that is where I'd love to get to, I can absolutely do this, I deserve this, and why would it not be possible," rather than from doubt and merely hoping to survive rather than thrive.
This is not therapy, and it doesn't replace it, but for the decade I'd spent understanding myself in therapy, I came to see I'd only been scratching the surface. This work goes somewhere else: real awareness, tapping into your potential, and embodying it, so it lives in how you show up and what you do, not only in what you know.
And I didn't just come to understand this, I went and did the work, and I still do. I recognised that to move myself to the next step intentionally, rather than drifting and hoping for the best, I needed a real and quite dramatic shift, not simply more insight. So I sought out the people, the mentoring and the practices that could help me make it, and I've never stopped investing in my own growth since. It matters all the more now that I also teach leaders in the luxury world, because I won't teach anything I haven't lived and embodied myself. So I'm still very much a student, still mentored, still putting what I learn into practice in my own life, because I don't believe any of us ever truly arrives.
What I love most is encouraging people to step into the best version of themselves, and these principles hold in any high-expectation environment. Where it's human to human, how we are perceived and experienced when we show up is the invisible layer beneath everything, the pulse running through what we do, what we say and how we carry ourselves, and it shapes where we step into in life far more than we realise. It's this lived, ongoing work, everything I've learned, discovered and keep refining in practice, far more than anything theoretical, that I bring to you.
How the journey works
This is not a templated programme where week one is this and week two is that. It's a bespoke one-to-one journey built entirely around where you are now, where you want to get to, what's getting in the way, and what we need to do together to move through it.
It begins with a questionnaire, so I can fully understand your goals, challenges, patterns and where you're heading. What comes from it becomes our compass. Think of it as an anchor rather than something set in stone: there is real space for whatever arises in our sessions, because so much of this work comes in layers, and we will always return to that original guide, where you started and where you want to go. And if you're not yet sure about some of it, that is exactly what we'll dig into together.
From there, every session builds on the last, including the support and conversations in between. This is very much a held journey from beginning to end.
The journey itself
A 90-minute one-to-one session every two weeks for three months. WhatsApp support in between for guidance, perspective, quick reviews, or anything that comes up. Personalised support tailored entirely to you, around confidence, communication, embodied leadership, emotional patterns, self-trust, presence, and stepping into your next level. Most of all, it's about direction: aligning your path intentionally with who you are and what you truly want, so you move toward where you most long to get to.
The sessions are every two weeks rather than weekly on purpose, because it allows time for integration and for actually putting things into practice in real life. A lot of growth happens in the in-between moments, and if something comes up during that time, you're not left alone with it.
Investment
The investment for this journey is £2,000. You're welcome to pay in full, or to spread it across three payments, with a small additional £20 per month on the payment plan to cover the extra admin. It's a tiny amount, there simply to keep the option open, because I want this to be accessible to the right people. If you've previously taken a course with me, there's a £100 returning client discount.
How to join
This is by invitation, and intentionally small. I work with a maximum of three people at any one time, so the work stays deep and fully attentive. Because each journey runs over around three months, places open as people complete, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
When you add yourself to the waitlist, you'll hear from me when a place is available, and I'll send you that questionnaire so we can both feel whether it's the right fit. Depending on suitability, I'll then personally invite you to join. If I don't believe it's right, I'll tell you honestly and do my best to point you in a good direction. Either way, you'll hear from me personally.
