Instead of performing excellence, start embodying it.
The nine-month mentorship that changes how you’re experienced, so you don’t just get a job, you build a career where clients ask for you again, and again. It’s the whole journey in one:
the full cabin skills, getting selected, and the confidence and presence that keep you in the role.
This is the full works, so it suits two people:
Someone starting out who wants everything in one place, the cabin skills learned from scratch and all the rest.
And someone early in their career, already securing trials or stepping into the role who wants to do it well and stay in it.
I’ve had women join with anything from no experience to 17 years in the cabin, and all of them gained a great deal.
If you only need the interview side and you’re already good in the cabin, that’s Nail Your Jet Interviews, which is included in this anyway. If you want the whole, longer support journey, this is it.
You can have done everything right on paper. Taken the courses, collected the certificates, perfected every skill. But if something more fundamental is missing, you stay stuck. Because what decides whether you get hired, and whether you get asked for again, isn’t only what you do. It’s who you are while you do it, and how you are to be around.
People at this level can tell the difference between trying way too hard and being solid, between someone trying to impress and someone who simply belongs. That, not your certificates, is what decides every call about you: whether you get the interview, the job, and the request to come back.
You stop overthinking and second-guessing yourself. You stop wondering whether you’re enough for this industry.
You’re not performing a role anymore, you’re being yourself at your best.
In your applications, you say what makes you you, instead of sounding like everyone else. In interviews, you answer honestly instead of reciting what you think they want to hear. Onboard, you read what’s needed and handle pressure with real grace. And people don’t just hire you. They ask for you again.
A personalised career strengths profile, so you can see strengths you may not realise you had.
9 months of live small-group coaching, a session every 9-12 days, with in-depth, highly personalised support at every stage.
A WhatsApp group for feedback between sessions, for whatever comes up, applications, interviews, or onboard.
WHatsapp private jobs board with often unadvertised roles
The full cabin skills, the real service and presence you need to do the role well, not just get hired, including leadership and conflict resolution.
The complete Nail Your Jet Interviews course, the psychology of getting chosen and showing your value.
CV and cover letter refinement, with full personal feedback by me.
Your “tell us about yourself” video, with my personal feedback.
Menu and catering homework, personally reviewed by me
Challenging case study to demonstrate your full understading of all of your learnings
And, for now, limited time bonus:
A 90-minute private one-to-one strategy session.
Showing your best when things go wrong. In private aviation, things do. Equipment fails, weather changes the plan. The real skill isn’t avoiding problems, it’s how you handle them.
Most people panic and make it worse. You’ll learn to move through the moment with such grace that clients trust you more afterwards, not less.
You’re not left to figure things out alone between sessions. You bring real situations, your actual applications, an interview coming up, an upcoming trip or onboard moment you weren’t sure how to handle, and you get my direct, personal input on yours, not generic advice.
It builds over the nine months, which is why it’s nine and not one, quick push. The questions you have at the start are different from the ones you’ll have once you’re interviewing and stepping into your first role.
£1,297. You can pay in full, or spread it over a few payments.
If you’ve got questions, book a 30-minute discovery call with me and we’ll see whether this is the right fit for you to work together. No pressure either way.
Dear Heidi, I’m writing to share some wonderful news I’ve passed my interview and will officially start on the 15th of June! 🌟
From the bottom of my heart, I truly believe that none of this would have been possible without you. The interview was incredibly challenging, and I’m certain that if I hadn’t had the strong foundation, clear structure, and thorough preparation your course provided, I wouldn’t have made it this far.
More than just learning the “right answers,” I gained real confidence, clarity, and a true understanding of what this career requires and that’s thanks to your professionalism, dedication, and passion for teaching.
Thank you so much, Heidi, for giving so much of yourself, and for guiding me so generously. Your course was without a doubt a turning point in my journey.
With all my gratitude,
Having Heidi as a mentor has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my aviation journey. The knowledge she shares is exceptional, but what truly stands out are the soft skills, confidence, and genuine support she fosters in every student. Her training goes far beyond technical skills, she builds people up.
Being part of her course felt like joining a family. The love, encouragement, and sense of community she creates is something I will carry with me for life. I’m incredibly grateful for her mentorship, her belief in me, and even helping me get into the private Jets industry. Heidi doesn’t just teach, she truly invests in her students’ success.
I just got my first flight too. I walked away not only with skills for corporate aviation, but with confidence and personal growth that will support me in every aspect of my career. I couldn’t recommend her training more highly ❤️
Genuine Support That Awakens Purpose
Since working with you, Heidi, I’ve felt this quiet, joyful certainty. I’m exactly where I need to be, surrounded by the right people, and moving with purpose.
Your teachings and coaching continues to be nothing short of transformative. You have this rare gift of guiding from a place of deep kindness and clarity, and it constantly reminds me of the power of showing up with heart.
You’ve helped me reconnect with what truly matters: making people feel seen, heard, and valued. This journey with you isn’t just about service; it’s about presence. I’m so grateful our paths have aligned, and I’m genuinely excited to keep growing and learning with your support. Your guidance lights something up in me, and I’m stepping forward with more confidence, compassion, and intention than ever."
You’ve got questions and I hope I will answer them fully here
Yes! I totally understand that for some, as much as they understand the value of their return, it’s logistically not always easy to make the full investment upfront. That’s why for both programs, I offer an easy installment plan, where you pay once per month.
Absolutely you can. With the full 9 month mentorship, you have a 1:1 session included in addition to all your group calls. Or with the Nail your Jet Interviews, you can add it at the checkout.
Regardless of this, because of my limited availability, I have limited space for these options.
I know how much of a game changer it can be to have direct support during your moments of outreach, interview preparation, and anything that calls for a personal, deep dive discussion with tailored feedback. And I’d love to bring that to you.
This is like having me in your back pocket during every step of your journey.
No, it's at your own pace - you can fly through it in a few weeks, or take a few months. You have regular supportive coaching sessions over 9 months to ensure you keep moving forwards with your learning and implement it every step of the way to achieve your goal. The questions you have at the start will be different to once you start interviewing and getting into your first role, hence why I want to include 9 months for you.
The full 9 month program has everything you need to learn from my 20+ years of cabin skills, confidence skills, plus everything for getting opportunities and nailing your interviews. I’ve had ladies join from anything from 0 years of experience to 24 years of being a CFA, and they all felt they had tons to learn from it.
But if you really do have fantastic cabin skills, and are only struggling with getting the right job offers, presenting yourself confidently, and sailing through your interviews, then the ‘Nail Your Jet interviews’ standalone, including 3 months of personalised coaching would be a great fit for you. Purchase that here separately
That is a 3 month mentorship rather than 9, and it can also apply if you are brand new and applying to a company that will offer to train you in the elevated cabin skills should you be successful in the interview.
Many past clients have done this and successfully gained roles. But bear in mind, it will mean that you are then restricted to applying only to companies who will offer to train you. So please have a think about your long term goals.
With both programs, you get a minimum of 2 (usually 3) live, group coaching sessions with me every month, for 3-6 months, depending on the program you signed up for. You’ll be able to post any question you want. And watch the replays at your own time.
And for those living in different time zones or currently flying / travelling in different time zones: no worries! My clients are based everywhere from California to Australia and Dubai, each with their own busy schedule. We hold a voting poll on the timing of each session and regularly switch it around.
Absolutely. While you won’t have me looking over your shoulder and showing you things live, you will get full video lessons of me showing you everything, explaining everything, with online coaching sessions that are very much live.
I wanted this program to be something that anyone, anywhere, around their work, can get the best job and interview skills as a gateway to their ideal CFA role—without paying for accommodation or taking time off.
The incredible mentor that I continue to invest in ongoing lives in Australia. My sessions with her ensure I continue to bring to you the best coaching support. She has changed my life since working with her and yet, I've never physically met her. Impact and connection are very much able to happen online and I will teach you these skills so you can have the same in your interviews, as many are online these days, even initially.
As I have helped to impact and change the career trajectory of numerous lovely people like yourself online, I wholeheartedly know this works. I hope yo meet you in real life one day, in the skies most likely too!
While this naturally would be different from person to person (everyone starts from a different place, has their own responsibilities, and pace of learning!) the earliest someone got a job with this program was in 4 weeks—while for some, it took them 6 months.
Wherever you are in your journey, this 6-month program wasn’t designed as a one-time push to help you get a CFA job. It’s about coaching you to build a foundation for a career of decades, where you stay in demand and find roles that align with your values.
Most CFA programs out there exclusively focus on the ‘service’ excellence aspect, equipping you with the impressive and needed skills for once you’re in the air.
What I do is bring a unique, embodied focus on also weaving in emotional intelligence every step, so that you can access your own, inner wisdom and show up authentically and with confidence.
While I do cover all the cabin skills I’ve learned from working with Royalty and high end european trainings over 20+ years, this mentorship also coaches you on confidence, equips you for outreach, and prepares you to ace your interviews, all alongside group coaching calls that grow with you every step of the way and a like-hearted community.
Also, I've heard a great deal of feedback that many mentorships don't allow you have ongoing access to your content and also don't have a great deal of personalised support. This is not the case here.
You have ongoing access to your courses and receive a lot of in-depth, hand holding support from me whilst you're in this 9 month mentorship.
The silver service I have been trained in was in my roles working for a Royal family and taught in-house by top European corporate flying companies like GlobalJet for example. I didn't do an official silver service course but I never needed it, as it seems it's already been more than enough to gain the top roles.
All I do that has made me incredibly successful, I am teaching in here.
For example, with silver service, corporate flight attendants are often obsessed with learning all of the elegant equipment and specific layout on the table, serving from the correct side etc, feeling like this will make us feel more validated but to be honest, it's often too much and usually impossible to fully put into practice due to the cabin layout and table size constraints.
Everything in the cabin is smaller and this doesn't create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience; the feeling we create is paramount. So it needs to be heavily modified and I will be teaching you how to create this enjoyable yet formal experience, without obsessing or stress.
For some clients, you may feel you want to do something in person and you can always add this externally as an in person class no matter where you are in the world. I can certainly make recommendations for you if you feel you need it. Most importantly, I'm teaching you how to successfully gain a role and stay in it.
These are different to anything else you will have had. Succinct, easy to read and let's the reader connect with you as they can feel who you are, rather than you being described like a robot, feeling the same as everyone else. This is how we are deleted.
I create something highlighting your uniqueness. This is included as one of your bonus options when you purchase the 9 month mentorship.
Or if you do want this done for you, you can add it on at the check out when you have purchased the Nail your Jet interviews course. However, in that course I am already giving you editable templates that have been tried and tested, and ensuring you are aware of your unique gifts and strengths, with a full, personalised review from me.
I am unable to offer done for you CV's and cover letters separately any longer, as I am reserving these for current clients.
If you resonate with how I speak and teach, chances are you're a good fit.
These sessions explore both the surface dynamics and the human dynamics, how they intersect, how they affect each other, and how to navigate them with integrity.
Some sessions tackle challenges, others are open Q&A, and some celebrate wins and growth. People get out what they put in.
What matters is that you're open, kind to others in the room, and committed to keeping what's shared confidential and safe. That's what makes this container so special.
That said, if it becomes clear that someone isn't bringing kindness or respect to the group, or if confidentiality is being breached, we'll need to have a conversation and it may lead to your access to the sessions being revoked, though you'll retain all access to your online learning materials, as long as you have fully paid.
Oh, this is one of our highest values.
Everything shared in these sessions stays in the sessions. Names, identities, context, all protected.
This commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. It's what allows everyone to show up authentically, to be vulnerable, and to do the real work.
The richer and more open people are willing to be, the better the learning for everyone. We all benefit from each other's insights, and that only works when there's complete trust and safety in the container.
If you feel you can't commit to protecting that confidentiality for everyone in the group, this will not be the right space for you.
Please bear in mind, the industry itself values confidentiality as one of it's highest values.
BUT I am sure you are here because you are respectful, so enough said :)
