Super excited to support you in your quest to find the most aligned crew member. I completely understand that in addition to certain skills, personality and approach are also an incredibly important yet delicate balance to find.

In this package I include creating an ad to attract the most aligned crew member to ensure you’re receiving the best quality candidates.

Discretion, anonymity and integrity are assured.

After sign up I’d love to arrange a mutually convenient time to speak so that I can gain as much helpful information as possible to create the best ad.

Once created, I will send to you to check then once agreed upon and you’re happy with it, I will post so that you start to receive applications.

Once you have received enough applications and don’t wish to receive any further, I will remove the application details so you’re not overwhelmed in any way.

Look forward to working with you!
