Heidi is a private flight attendant but she's been a bit of a jack of many trades. Given that she is driven by freedom, connection, travel and adventure (like just about every person working in Travel), she's also been a TV presenter and a fashion model. Each role truly helped her to connect with people and to travel.

At almost 51 she's still greatly in demand for her flying onboard and for her holistic private flight attendant training, where she teaches the all important solid foundation that the elegant, wow factor cabin skills are added to.

She teaches you not to fear mistakes and in fact she shares how she got a job right after making a big mistake onboard. How to operate from a place of self trust, not fear. How to create an experience of calm and safety, bringing the element of humanity to the role so no situation will phase you. This solid calm we bring into cabin is something that the client feels. She says "the client won't necessarily remember what you did, but they will remember how you made them feel".

She offers private coaching and cabin skills training several times a year where the empowering mindset and solid foundation skills are infused throughout.
