Hi, I’m Heidi, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that anything is possible.

When I was younger, I had very little confidence. Ironically, I was a model at the time, but on the inside, I never truly believed in myself. What I did know was that I wanted to see the world, and I had this natural pull toward the service industry because I loved making people feel cared for and seen.

My first big step was joining Virgin Atlantic, and honestly, it was the most incredible introduction to aviation. That sense of adventure, connection, and teamwork completely changed me. Then came a moment that truly shifted everything when I was invited to work with a royal family. From that point on, my life took a whole new direction.

I later worked in the Middle East for a private aircraft owner on a month-on, month-off rotation, and during my months off, I spent two years as a TV presenter. Every single experience has taught me something that I now pour into my training.

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what role I’ve done, because every bit of it has shaped who I am today. And everything I teach is designed to make sure you’re able to achieve whatever you want to, because I know first-hand how much it affects our happiness in life.

Believe me, I feel like I’m only just starting to get it right. In fact, I only really began to feel like things were falling into place when I hit 50. I’ve faced plenty of personal challenges along the way, especially in love relationships, and I’m still learning. But I can honestly say I’m doing so much better than I ever have before.

What I’ve come to realise is that whether it’s a love relationship or a work relationship, relationships are what make the world go round. How we interact at every touchpoint makes a difference. They influence everything, from our happiness and wellbeing to our success in life.

Along the way, I’ve spent years studying psychology and human behaviour, at first to understand myself better. But what I discovered was that it helped me understand others too, and that’s what has made the biggest difference in my career. These are life skills, not just job skills, and I’m so honoured to be able to pass them on.

Not only am I teaching individuals and companies in corporate aviation, but also the wider luxury brand world on this deeply human approach that makes all the difference. Ultimately, it’s what the world needs.
