NOT YOUR ORDINARY INTERVIEW LEARNING

Yes, we’ll be covering the words, of course, but words are only a small part of communication. Decisions in this industry are based on so much more, and we’ll be diving into every part of it. Nothing is left out. You’ll learn things you did not even realise you needed to know.

We’ll throw away the nerves that make you sound scripted or like a rabbit in headlights. No more worrying that your mind will go blank in front of a video camera or that you will freeze when asked an unexpected question. You will learn how to stay grounded, connected and authentic no matter what comes up.

You’ll practise video interviews and receive personal feedback from me so that by the time you step into the real thing, it feels natural, confident and genuine. If you prefer to create your own CV, you can do this yourself through the guided lessons inside, with everything you need to ensure it feels aligned, elegant and uniquely you.

When you know, you know, and you will not forget it. It will change the trajectory of your whole career every time you walk into an interview.

Note: This learning is included in the Fast Track Mentorship. Also available separately.

See all what’s Included to get you to the next level, unlocking your highest potential:

In the Main Training

You’ll learn insider knowledge on interviews for both companies and aircraft owners.

We’ll explore:

  • How to handle the most common and unexpected questions.

  • How to project calm, capable confidence through voice and presence.

  • What to expect in interviews like the VistaJet process, and how to adapt to any company’s approach.

  • How to read the energy of the conversation and respond intuitively.

These lessons combine mindset, emotional intelligence, and technique, everything you need to stand out in a competitive industry.

You’ll also find vital videos and practical homework to ensure you get the most from this course. I urge you to practise as much as possible so it feels natural when you’re in your interview.

You’ll have lifetime access, so you can return to the learning again and again throughout your career.

The CV Homework

You’ll begin by creating a CV that truly reflects you, your strengths, experiences, and energy.
Once you enrol, you will receive an invitation to upload your CV which I suggest doing after you have covered the lesson on up levelling your CV (I provide a fabulous template for you to make it easy). Simply:

  1. Upload your CV and headshot options (if applicable).

  2. Tell me a bit more about yourself, so I can help you bring your personality and individuality into your CV.

I’ll personally review and provide feedback so that your CV feels powerful, polished, and aligned with your unique strengths before you send it out. Every opportunity means with a great and aligned CV, you put your best foot forward.

The Video Homework

Next, you’ll create a short video answering one of the most common interview questions:

“Tell us about yourself and what you bring to private aviation.”

This exercise helps you:

  • Practise being natural and confident in front of the camera.

  • Refine your tone, body language, and delivery.

  • Receive constructive, personalised feedback from me.

This practice builds confidence for real interviews so that when the moment comes, it feels second nature. Practice now, before the stakes are high.

3 months of personalised group coaching sessions

Although many nail their interviews through the digital training alone, you’re welcome to join our private coaching sessions for more tailored support.

These are for anything you're working through at the time with marketing yourself, next steps, mindset, in fact, anything you need.

There will be recordings of the sessions to catch up on too should you miss a session.

These sessions are invaluable to your growth in addition to all of the learnings.

A training that supports your personal and professional growth

No matter where you are at on your journey right now

The Plan: The Nail Your Jet Interviews Method

Over the next 3 months and beyond, we’re going to work through three core pillars that make up the Nail Your Jet Interviews Method; giving you lasting clarity, confidence, and the ability to shine under pressure in private aviation.

✨ 1. Foundation of Calm Confidence

Most aspiring private jet candidates try to “psych themselves up” or repeat statements over and over, hoping nerves will magically go away.

Because of that, they often go blank in interviews, start rambling, or come across as tense or scripted.

Instead, we build your calm confidence through nervous system tools, emotional regulation, and intentional preparation, so you walk in open, positive and grounded.

You stop hoping you’ll feel ready. You actually are.

✨ 2. Strategic Self-Presentation

Most candidates rely on templated CVs or copy-paste advice; trying to be who they think recruiters want, instead of showing who they really are.

Because of that, they get overlooked, ghosted, or told: “You’re just not the right fit.”

Instead, we align your CV, communication, body language and responses with your real strengths, so you stand out naturally and make others feel confident in you.

You don’t have to perform. You just have to present yourself at your natural best.

✨ 3. Interview Mastery & Career Longevity

We don’t just teach you how to get through interviews, we guide you to own them with clarity, presence, and emotional intelligence.

That includes:

  • Real prep for private jet interviews (like VistaJet)

  • Practical feedback

  • How to follow up, resign well, and set the tone for a long, successful career

You’ll gain lifetime skills - ones that carry into every meeting, every conversation, and every opportunity you meet next.

Let me show you exactly how we’ll do that inside the full Nail Your Jet Interviews journey...

Nice things previous students shared

“She also taught me how to connect on a deeper level with the people that are interviewing and my following interview went very well. The interviewer didn't want to leave. It just flowed. Her studies, background and experience are so valuable for any person willing to step into the private aviation.”

Sofia Lorusso, Portugal

The interview was incredibly challenging; I’m certain that if I hadn’t had the strong foundation, clear structure, and thorough preparation this course provided, I wouldn’t have passed.

More than just learning “right answers,” I gained real confidence, clarity, and a true understanding of what is required, thanks to Heidi's professionalism, dedication & passion for teaching. I'm so grateful for her generous, career changing support!

Inês Carvalho, Portugal

Marion Wilms (Penny), Germany

"I love Heidi's honesty, creativity and real life examples in the learnings. She never takes herself too seriously, is one of these few people who are so down to earth sharing all of the difficulties & "screw ups" she experienced over the years so we know how to deal with unusual situations. She is always so approachable, uplifts and believes in me and has made a huge positive impact in my overall life.

I am so grateful I encountered Heidi; as an additional plus I am also part of her group coaching too where I met the loveliest people. Pushing and supporting us continually. These sort of heart connections can not be bought & my career & interview skills truly evolved with her."

Kia Williams, Georgia, USA

"As a CFA with three years experience I was searching for a new role that would value my growth & a higher salary. I consider myself a great communicator, but when it comes to interviews I'd be a bag of nerves, rattling off what they "want to hear". Heidi changed the game for me.

Through her support in the interviews course, resume & cover letter overhaul, and a 1:1 session, I understood that regurgitating info doesn't showcase confidence. I learned to convey my personality, warmth and authentic confidence on paper and in person!

She made it fun, unforgettable, and enjoyable.

After our work together, I gained an amazing interview & rocked it; they didn't want to leave! I found the best company that are personalized to my growth as a CFA! Seriously I’m stoked for the future and honored to call her my (CFA career whisperer) mentor."
