You’re qualified to be there. You care deeply. You’ve put the work in.

So why do you still feel unsure?

Maybe you’re sending applications and hearing nothing back.
Maybe you reach the interview stage, then freeze, overthink or aren't sure how to show up in the first place.
Maybe you sound professional, but not quite like you.

And that’s the frustrating part.

Because you know there is more to you than what is coming across on paper, or in person.

What most people get wrong is this:

They assume that sounding more human will make them seem less professional.

In luxury hospitality, it’s the opposite.

Your humanity is not separate from your professionalism. It is part of what makes people trust you, remember you, and want to work with you.

Yes, the foundations matter.
Your experience, your preparation, your technical knowledge. How you articulate and demonstrate your ability to be a great fit.

But when two candidates are similar on paper, what shapes the decision is something far less obvious.

It’s how you come across.
How you make people feel.
How much trust you create. And part of this is how you show up under stress.

That’s the layer most people miss.

Getting a no, or being ghosted is rarely just about your compatability.

Often, your application isn’t creating enough connection.

Freezing in interviews isn’t because you’re incapable.
More often, you’re trying to perform instead of communicate from a solid place.

And when “professional” becomes rigid or scripted, it can start to hide the very thing that would have made you stand out.

So you end up blending in, despite being capable of far more.

This isn’t about you not being enough.
It’s about not yet knowing how to let more of your real strengths come through, to complement your knowledge

You don’t need to become more rehearsed.

You don’t need to sound like everyone else.

You need to understand how to communicate your value in a way that feels more natural, more aligned, and far more reflective of who you are.

So you are not trying to fit a mould, but refining how your own unique strengths are experienced.

The same presence that helps you get chosen is the same presence that supports you throughout your entire career.

This work starts with interviews, but it doesn’t end there.

You may already know a lot of this…

You may have taken courses, invested in training, and understand what is expected.

But there is a difference between understanding something, and actually embodying it.

And this is where so many capable people get stuck.

Because on the surface, everything looks right.
But underneath, there can still be hesitation or self-doubt.

And that comes through, often in subtle ways.

In how you write.
In how you speak.
In how you hold yourself, whether someone can see you or not.
Even over the phone.

It shows up in interviews.
It shows up in the role itself.
And it shapes how people experience you.

Because in luxury, it’s never just about what we do.
It’s how it feels to be around us.

So even with the right experience, something doesn’t fully land.

This work closes that gap.

One client described it like this:

“As a CFA with three years experience I was searching for a new role that would value my growth and a higher salary. I consider myself a great communicator, but when it comes to interviews I would fall apart as a bag of nerves and rattle off what they ‘want to hear’.

In our first session it hit me our industry is all about ‘feels’; how we make the interviewer feel is translated as to how we will make their guests feel…

I learned to convey my personality, warmth, authenticity and confidence.

When I received my updated cover letter and resume, I felt like I finally, uniquely ‘shined’.

After our work together, I rocked my interview and found the best company for my aspiring goals that are personalized to my growth as a CFA.”

Kia Williams, Georgia, USA

This isn’t something you’re left to figure out on your own.

You get direct access to me.

I know many people have experienced mentorship support before joining me that felt distant. I wanted this to feel far more personal than that.

Alongside the structure of the programme, I am actively working in the industry myself, supporting clients and flying regularly. So everything shared here is grounded in what is actually happening in real time.

The support comes from a genuine place of wanting you to succeed.

I care about the results you get, and that is reflected in how this space is held.

This is a high-touch environment, and I intentionally keep the group at a level where people can feel seen, supported, and receive personalised attention.

The private WhatsApp community is a core part of this.

It becomes a space where support is continuous, not just limited to the group coaching sessions. People share experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other, while I am regularly present to guide, offer perspective, and support where needed.

You are not being passed off to a team.
You are working with me.

The transformation

Phase 1: Calm confidence

You learn how to steady yourself so your communication becomes clear and grounded.

Phase 2: Strategic self-presentation

You refine how you present yourself so it feels aligned and natural.
Not trying to convince.
Not coming from pressure or desperation.
Just more true.

Phase 3: Presence and human connection

You learn how to communicate in a way that builds trust and connection. You will learn how to personalise just about every interview question you could be asked, including the questions the major companies ask, like Vista Jet for example.

“She also taught me how to connect on a deeper level with the people that are interviewing… The interviewer didn't want to leave. It just flowed.”

Sofia Lorusso, Portugal

What’s included

This is a complete system, currently 115 lessons, covering far more than interview answers alone (but a big part of what we cover are those too).

You’ll work through personal branding, CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn outreach, interview psychology, voice and delivery, difficult questions, confidence under pressure, and how to navigate your career with far more clarity and self-trust.

Includes 3 months of mentorship and support

Who this is for

This is for the experienced professional who knows she is capable, but something isn’t translating.

For the newer entrant who wants to get this right from the beginning.

And for anyone who understands that succeeding in private aviation isn’t just about technical skill, but how you are experienced by others.

Why this is different

Most interview training focuses on what to say.

This focuses on how you are experienced.

You don’t just learn answers.
You understand the psychology behind them.

You don’t just prepare for one opportunity.
You build a way of communicating that supports you throughout your career.

Investment

£397 or 2 monthly payments of £208

You have choices:

You can continue approaching this the way you have been, adjusting your CV, preparing more answers, hoping something shifts.

Or you can approach it differently and intentionally.

Refining how you present yourself, how you communicate, and how you are experienced.

If you’re in, I can’t wait to welcome you on the other side.

FAQ’S

What if I don’t have much experience?

You don’t need years in the industry for this to work. This programme helps you recognise the depth of value you already bring, and communicate it in a way that feels clear, grounded, and credible.

What if I struggle with confidence or get very nervous in interviews?

That’s exactly what this is designed to support. We don’t just prepare answers, we work on how you show up. So instead of trying to push through nerves, you learn how to steady yourself and communicate more naturally, even under pressure.

Is this only for interviews, or will it help me once I’m in the role too?

Although this starts with interviews, the work goes far beyond that. The way you communicate, handle pressure, and connect with people carries directly into the role itself. These are the same skills that influence whether clients trust you and choose you again.

Will I receive personalised support, or is it self-paced?

You’re not left to figure this out on your own. Alongside the training, you’ll receive personalised feedback on key areas such as your CV, cover letter, and delivery, as well as ongoing support through the live group coaching sessions and WhatsApp community.

Will this still help me if I already have a lot of experience?

Yes. Many of the people I work with have years of experience, sometimes 10, 15, even 20 years, but still feel that their confidence or communication doesn’t fully reflect what they’re capable of. This work helps you align how you see yourself with how you’re experienced by others, so your value comes across clearly and naturally.

Is this like other interview courses?

Most interview training focuses on preparing answers. This takes a different approach, focusing on how you are experienced. It’s a more human, psychology-led way of communicating that helps you build trust, rather than trying to say the “right” thing.

How quickly can I go through the course?

You can move through the training at your own pace, but most people begin implementing changes straight away. The combination of the course, coaching sessions, and ongoing support means you’re not just learning, you’re actively refining how you show up as you go.

Are there refunds?

Due to the nature of the programme and immediate access to all materials upon joining, refunds are not offered. This is shared clearly upfront so you can make a fully considered decision.

That said, this work is something I stand behind. It’s been taken by over 80 professionals so far, and the feedback consistently reflects real shifts in confidence, communication, and results.

Are these sessions right for me?

If you resonate with how I speak and teach, chances are you're a good fit. These sessions explore both the surface dynamics and the human dynamics, how they intersect, how they affect each other, and how to navigate them with integrity. Some sessions tackle challenges, others are open Q&A, and some celebrate wins and growth. People get out what they put in. What matters is that you're open, kind to others in the room, and committed to keeping what's shared confidential and safe. That's what makes this container so special. That said, if it becomes clear that someone isn't bringing kindness or respect to the group, or if confidentiality is being breached, we'll need to have a conversation. Access to the group sessions may be rescinded, though you'll retain access to your online learning materials.

What about confidentiality?

Everything shared in these sessions stays in the sessions. Names, identities, context, all protected. This commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. It's what allows everyone to show up authentically, to be vulnerable, and to do the real work. The richer and more open people are willing to be, the better the learning for everyone. We all benefit from each other's insights, and that only works when there's complete trust and safety in the container. If you can't commit to protecting that confidentiality for everyone in the group, this isn't the right space for you.

In the role - concerns and questions that may arise

Many people believe that once they secure a role in corporate aviation, everything becomes plain sailing.

But the reality is that throughout our careers there will always be situations that arise. Some we welcome, others can feel challenging, and occasionally they may even make us feel as though our career is on the line.

This is completely natural.

It doesn’t matter what profession we’re in, situations will always arise that require us to pause, reflect, and decide how we would like to respond.

The truth is, there is very little in life that we can fully control. What we can control, however, is how we respond to the situations we face.

The lessons in this section are based on real questions and real experiences that come up in our roles. Some come from my own career, others from questions I receive from crew members just like you.

Because of that, this section will continue to evolve.

Each time a new question comes up, or I experience something that I believe could support you, I’ll create a lesson here so that you feel more prepared should you ever face something similar.

Some of the situations covered here are things I only encountered after 18 years in the industry, so no matter when something arises for you, my hope is that you’ll already feel equipped with ideas on how you might approach it.

If there is ever something role-related that you would love guidance on, please feel free to reach out. I’d be more than happy to create a lesson around it.

You can return to this section anytime as it continues to grow.

I truly hope it supports you throughout your career.

Much love,
Heidi x
