This mentorship gives you two comprehensive courses to work through in your own time, supported by nine months of personalised guidance. Every 10 to 14 days we meet for open Q and A sessions where you can bring anything you need help with and receive clear, grounded feedback throughout your entire journey. If you need a CV and cover letter, these can also be created for you.
As part of your mentorship, you will also be invited to join the eight week Fast Track. I run this twice a year and it is a guided walkthrough of the full lesson modules for those who prefer a more handheld approach. We cover the cabin skills, how to create elegant onboard experiences and how to begin gaining and nailing your interviews. All sessions are recorded so you can revisit them whenever needed.
Together, the mentorship and the Fast Track give you the best of both worlds. You have full access to the learning, the freedom to move at your own pace and ongoing personalised support to help you apply everything with confidence and clarity.

Yes, we’ll be covering the words, of course, but words are only a small part of communication. Decisions in this industry are influenced by far more than what you say, and we’ll be exploring every layer of it. Nothing is left out. You’ll learn things you didn’t even realise you needed to know.
You’ll also be practising video interviews and receiving personal feedback from me, so you can refine how you come across with calm confidence and ease. We’ll even work on putting together your own CV using tried and tested elegant templates designed by me, that allows you to bring out the very best of you.
I’ll be teaching you how to approach it all with presence, clarity and alignment.
Beyond the cabin, this is everything around it; the mindset, the communication, the subtle details that change how people experience you. It’s how you learn to show up as your best self and open doors you once thought were out of reach.
