This phase is about being invited to interview.
Your CV and cover letter are your first interaction when no one knows you.
They must reflect not only what you’ve done, but who you are at your professional best.

Your level of composure, genuine warmth, authenticity and ability to have difficult, heartfelt discussions.
This is where it becomes less about the exact words and more about how you feel to be around.
You may even know the job inside out.
But if you sound rehearsed, tense, overly self-conscious or salesy, something does not fully translate.
At this stage, refinement is about presence and authenticity.
How naturally you communicate.
How calm and capable you feel in conversation.
Because interviews in private aviation are not just about competence.

You are securing trials.

You may be entering freelance contracts or permanent roles.
